Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of padelpush.co and related services (together, "PadelPush" or the "Service"), operated by PadelPush ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service — including by messaging our WhatsApp number, or by responding to an invitation or group link an organiser shares with you even if you have no account — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
When you create an account we record that you accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and which versions were in force at the time.
2. What PadelPush does
PadelPush helps padel players discover activities, find partners and matches at a suitable level, and connect with clubs and coaches, including while traveling. We aggregate activity information from clubs (including announcements posted in WhatsApp groups our number has been invited to), suggest matches, and coordinate signups — largely over WhatsApp and with the help of AI. This includes organiser-run sign-up sheets and recurring boards, and local groups ("cohorts") for players at a similar level or in the same area.
PadelPush is a discovery and coordination platform. We are not a party to games, bookings, coaching, or any arrangement between you and other players, clubs, or coaches, and court bookings and club rules are between you and the club. Some organisers use our feature to collect each player’s share of the court cost via a payment link — that link goes straight to the organiser’s own third-party payment account (for example their own Stripe Payment Link, PayPal, MB WAY number, or bank details). PadelPush is not a payment processor and never receives, holds, or has access to that money. See Section 5 for what happens if a paid spot or a match is cancelled.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use PadelPush.
You agree to provide accurate information (including your skill level and ratings) and to keep it up to date — honest levels are what make matchmaking work for everyone. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person.
4. WhatsApp communications
If you provide your phone number, we will verify it and may send you match suggestions, activity invitations, reminders, and confirmations via WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (all notifications) or SKIP (a specific activity). Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. WhatsApp is a third-party service subject to its own terms.
When you organise a match, the invitations and group links to the people you add are sent by you, from your own WhatsApp — we prepare the message and link, but you choose who receives it and you send it. We only message someone directly once they have opted in to hear from us (for example by replying to us or by giving us their number on an invitation link). You are responsible for who you send invitations to and for having a basis to contact them.
5. Payments and cancellations
PadelPush is not a payment processor.Where an organiser uses our optional feature to request each player’s share of the court, the payment link or details we send you (a Stripe Payment Link, PayPal, MB WAY number, IBAN, or similar) belong to the organiser, not to PadelPush. Money moves directly between you and the organiser; we never receive, hold, or have visibility into the funds, and we cannot ourselves issue or process a refund. We record only whether the organiser has marked your share as paid, so we can track the match and remind you if it’s outstanding.
The following cancellation policy applies to any spot you have paid for through PadelPush, and is a condition every organiser and player accepts by using this feature:
- You cancel with less than 24 hours’ noticebefore the match’s start time: the organiser is entitled to keep what you already paid. Courts are usually booked and paid for in advance, and an organiser can rarely recover that cost or resell your spot on short notice.
- You cancel with 24 hours’ notice or more: ask your organiser for a refund. At that notice a spot can usually be resold or the cost adjusted, but because the organiser holds the booking and the money directly, they make the final call.
- The organiser cancels the match: they must refund every player who paid, in full.
- Exception — the organiser cancels because of your late drop-out:if a match can no longer go ahead because you dropped out with less than 24 hours’ notice, the organiser may first use the amount you forfeited to cover costs they cannot otherwise recover (such as a non-refundable court booking), and must refund the remaining players out of whatever is left.
Because we don’t hold the funds, we cannot adjudicate individual payment disputes between you and an organiser. If a pattern of unpaid shares, unreturned refunds, or repeated late cancellations shows up on an account, we may restrict that account’s access to payment features or to the Service — see Section 6.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other players, clubs, or coaches;
- Misrepresent your identity or skill level, or impersonate others;
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
- Scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its data, or interfere with its operation;
- Use PadelPush for anything unlawful.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk. Repeated no-shows to activities you committed to, or the payment and cancellation patterns described in Section 5, may also lead to restrictions.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit (profile details, messages, feedback). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Service — for example, showing your profile to potential partners, translating messages, and processing messages with AI to extract activity details. Feedback you give about other players may be used in aggregate to improve matchmaking.
When you add other people to organise with, you add them by name so you can invite them yourself; we do not ask you for their contact details. If you tell us information about someone else, you confirm you are entitled to share it with us for that purpose, and you will tell them how their information is used if they ask.
8. Third-party services and content
The Service relies on third parties (WhatsApp, authentication, hosting, AI, and analytics providers) and displays information sourced from clubs and public listings. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that activity details, prices, schedules, court availability, or weather forecasts are correct or current. Always confirm details with the club.
9. Assumption of risk
Padel is a physical sport. You participate in activities found through PadelPush at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring you are fit to play. PadelPush does not vet players, clubs, or coaches and is not responsible for their conduct, the condition of facilities, or injuries or losses arising from games or events.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelPush will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of €50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
You can stop using PadelPush and delete your account at any time — yourself, from the Your data section of your profile settings, or by contacting hello@padelpush.co. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 7, 9, and 10) survive.
12. Changes to the Service and these Terms
PadelPush is evolving quickly; features may change, be added, or be removed. We may update these Terms from time to time — we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
14. Community Organisers
A player who runs games for other players for a fee may apply to be a Community Organiser. That relationship is governed by the separate Community Organiser Agreement, which an organiser accepts explicitly and which sets out PadelPush's per-player fee, how it is invoiced, and what an organiser is responsible for. These Terms continue to apply alongside it.
